IFCG has adopted the principles of good corporate governance for registered companies in the year 2017 (CG Code 2017) issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Furthermore, it has established additional corporate governance policies to serve as best practices for the company. These policies are meant to be applied as guidelines for the company's board of directors, who are the ultimate leaders and responsible individuals within the organization, to create sustainable value for the business.
