IFCG: Mission to MARS
IFCG Public Company Limited's annual employee training event, held on October 2, 2024, under the theme “IFCG: Mission to MARS.” The purpose of the training was to enhance communication skills and teamwork. The program was designed around the M.A.R.S framework, which consists of M = Mindset (attitude and thinking approach), A= Accountability (responsibility), R = Rapport (building good relationships and trust), and S = Synergy (working together effectively to achieve results)
